What???? I know, this is craziness what you see here. I thought so too, but I HAD to try it out. And the result? Very unique blend of flavors. The tanginess of goat cheese works well with the chocolatey flavor of Nutella. (yum!) I had a little fun coring the strawberries and stuffing them with this deliciousness too. For added flavors, I used a cantaloupe which I sliced in half leaving the hole in the center which is fun for a little “plate flair” too! Easy, delicious and my kids also loved this quick snack!
Enjoy!
Okay I may like nutella now, bc you put it with two fruits I love:-) What a fun flavor combination! Hugs, Terra
Thanks Terra! I used to have very little interest in Nutella, but I tried it one time on a dessert and fell in love with its versatility! Fun to work with!
OMG YUM!
aww…this is one of the simplest and quickest desserts I have ever seen! A treasure to keep.
Thanks Sanjeeta!
I couldn’t imagine a more unorthodox combo when I read your title, but the picture made me a believer.
Simple, sweet, tangy with goat cheese? I say perfect.
Hmmm, shall we add some peanut butter to the combo too??
Hmmm, sounds interesting!
