There is nothing more delightful then real whipped topping vs. the prepared kinds. I do love Cool Whip and even the generics, but EVERY time I create my own batch, I question why I would buy prepared?? The texture of the whip is thicker and has a decadent taste. And, it’s easy to create too!
So here you go!
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract *
*can substitute vanilla for other extract flavors, ex. coconut or amaretto
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whip until texture is dense and creamy.
